The is a midi-length, four-gore panel skirt that skim the hips before flaring
out towards the narrow, topstitched hem. With a bias cut and scalloped edge elastic
waist, this pull-on style is simple to sew and easy to wear. Depending on your fabric
choice, it is suitable for both every day, resortwear and for more formal occasions.
